Lucia Kelleher

Lucia has expertise in both business consulting and market/social research having previously run businesses specialising is each discipline. She founded Integrated Research Advisory Services after realising that both of these disciplines complemented each other and when integrated and working together, the result was win after win for clients bottom line. Traditionally the two disciplines work separately to each other and whilst one specialises in obtaining evidence based market and customer data via research techniques, the other provides and facilitates business advice which improve outcomes and ultimately business profitability.There is considerable overlap in each of the offerings to business, however in the marketplace they work independently from each other.

Lucia realised whilst delivering market research recommendations to clients that a business consultant would be engaged to facilitate the outcomes of the recommendations for her clients. She thought this was totally ineffective and a waste of resources for her clients. Having also run a management consulting business for many years, she decided that it was timely to offer a one stop shop for her clients where they were able to reap the benefits of both disciplines from a single consultancy, thus not only saving money but actualising increased profits from utlising and implementing research data at the time of collection.

Lucia has over 10 years of management consulting and business research experience and has run businesses for 20 years. She has a lifetime of experience in business and has also spent time as a research academic where she acquired the educational qualifications to support her business practice. She is currently completing her Masters of Business Management.

Whilst on the surface Lucia may appear 'academic' she is very much a nuts and bolts consultant and is able to shift through academic 'mumbo-jumbo' for her clients and get to the gold that is often embedded in 'information'. She acts as an expert advisor for her clients and helps them target what they need to know or find out in the information 'jungle' we have to run our businesses in.

Matthew Marques

Research Analyst

Matthew is Integrated Research’s data collection specialist. He is a highly experienced questionnaire designer and data anlayst and manages our field work (data collection). He ensures that the right questions are asked to enable your objectives (e.g. customer retention) to be met.

The data is only as good as the collection methodologies, unless the data is is aligned to client outcomes the data out will be of limite use. Matthew acts as our quality control to ensure that the data gathered with not only reflect your needs, but will assist you to know what actions and change processes you will need to implement as a result of the data collection.

Victoria Hodgson

We want the best research analysts working on your projects, thus we engage the services of Victoria from The Clever Stuff to conduct our complex analysis to achieve the best oucomes for clients. Victoria has experience working in research and media agencies. At OMD Victoria headed up the econometric modelling group Lighthouse (now Brand Science) modelling advertising, media and marketing effectiveness. Victoria has also worked at The Leading Edge in Sydney as a senior consultant in the Advanced Quantitative Techniques team. Prior to her research and analytical consulting career Victoria lectured in market research and marketing communications at Griffith University at the post graduate and under graduate levels. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Economics from the ANU in Canberra and a Master of Marketing Management and PhD in Marketing from Griffith University in Brisbane. Victoria is experienced in a wide range of statistical methods, marketing science methods and has expertise in econometric modelling, choice modelling, segmentation and structural equation modelling. The Clever Stuff are experienced statisticians and consultants who conduct complex marketing analytics which is presented in an easy to understand manner.
