Integrated Research Advisory Services was developed by incorporating the expertise of market researchers and business advisors into one consultancy to help businesses maximise the value and return on marketing and business development spending.

In an increasingly competitive, complex and rapidly changing market all businesses need to work harder to retain and maintain their market share, share of wallet with existing customers, and keep their marketing and brand strategies relevant.

More importantly they need to stay on top of customer and market needs and expectations, continuously improve business processes and ensure that staff are always customer focused. The only way for a business to achieve this is by having the most current and accurate market information at their disposal.

The simplest way businesses can maintain market relevance and sustain business value is via the ‘voice of the customer’. Exit surveys and occasional ‘catch-ups’ with customers is not enough to inform and ensure value (cost/benefit) with market and business strategy spending and stay on top of customers needs.
